Go to your student page by clicking on your own name on the site. Go to the "Membership" tab and if you have paid by credit card you can just click the "Cancel" button. If you paid by PayPal and do not see a link to PayPal under this tab, you should go directly to your account on PayPal to cancel the recurring subscription there. As a merchant, PayPal does not allow us to offer you the ability to access your account from a remote site. If you have any more questions or problems, please contact us:

You can click on this link or button on any page displaying a video. When you click, this video will now show up on your Student Page (that you get to just by clicking on your own name) under the "My Favorites" tab. The My Favorites tab allows students to keep an easily accessed repository of their favorites lesson or entertainment videos on the site. Now you won't have to wonder where you heard something.

Our system allows 50 MB files to be uploaded for submission to Qbert and for your StudentPage. More information is available on the FAQ for video submissions.
Your membership is a 3 month subscription that will automatically renew in 90 days from the day you join.
When you sign on you'll see the status of your video submission in the right navigation panel under My QSU.
When Q has responded to your video, the status will change under My QSU and you'll see your Master Class appear under the appropriate category on the left nav panel.
Go to My QSU on the right nav panel and click on My Student Page. You'll see tabs at the top of the window that you can click on to change your settings and Edit personal information.
